Home Safety Assessment
We offer comprehensive home safety assessments to identify fall risks, environmental hazards, and functional challenges within the home. Our occupational therapist evaluates daily routines and key living areas and provides practical, individualized recommendations to improve safety, accessibility, and independence.
Assessments are ideal for older adults, individuals with mobility or balance concerns, and families seeking proactive safety planning.
Insurance & Billing
We are in-network with Aetna, Humana Military, and Medicare. For clients with other insurance plans, we provide all necessary documentation and billing information to facilitate easy reimbursement submission to your insurance company.
Private pay options are also available for those without insurance coverage or who prefer to pay directly.
